South Carolinians pitch in to help with flood relief

The sun was shining brightly over the Palmetto state this week, glistening on the resilience of South Carolinians. The historic rains and flooding has left devastation in its path. At least 19 deaths are attributed to the storm. Many disappeared in waters after they drove around a barricade on a closed road.
