The Artists Collective | Spartanburg, the Chapman Cultural Center, the Spartanburg Art Museum and the Artists Guild of Spartanburg will host a first-of-its-kind for Spartanburg two-day Open Doors Studio Tour April 22 and 23 to showcase 45 artists’ working studio spaces and their works.
A best-selling middle-grade author visited the area March 30 through April 1 to meet young local readers and parents.
The Wild Ace Spring Parking Lot Concert Series has returned for 2023.
Live bands will perform on the outdoor stage every Thursday from 7-10 p.m.

Greer Cultural Arts will hold Greer Idol auditions on Tuesday, April 25, 6-8 p.m. at the City of Greer Center for the Arts.
Auditions will be held for Greer Idol contestants (age 16 and older) and Greer Idol Jr. contestants (ages 8-15).

We got a short burst of spring, enough to have flowers blooming, before the cold took over again.
Greer Cultural Arts Council has announced the winners of the city’s 2023 Juried Art Show. This year’s theme was “Inspired by Greer.”
Winning art can be viewed at the Center for the Arts on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
