‘Twin Peaks’ finds Lynch at his most confusing

If you’ve been watching Showtime’s return of “Twin Peaks,” you’ll probably agree that it is the strangest show on television. There are trees that talk backwards, odd purgatories and alternate realities, and at least three characters played by Kyle MacLachlan.
