A new downtown Greer business is hoping to make a big splash as it gets set to open its doors on Friday.
Abbott’s Frozen Custard, which offers 40 flavors of custard, cakes and other tasty treats, will soon make it’s debut on East Poinsett Street, and Owner Mark Khoury believes the shop will change the dynamics of downtown life.
