Hot air balloon visits Greer for 811 campaign

A unique site greeted morning commuters through the City of Greer early Thursday morning.
The 811 Hot Air Balloon made a stop at the Greer City Park on its trip around the country to raise awareness about the importance of calling before digging in order to locate phone, Internet, power and gas lines to prevent damage.
