Lt. Marcus Kelley to retire from Greer Police Dept

Having spent the better part of the last three decades on the job as a law enforcement officer, Lt. Marcus Kelley is moving on at the end of the year.
Kelley, a 23-year veteran of the Greer Police Department, said retiring was the right decision, and he plans to pursue ministry in the Greenville area.
