Celebrates 50th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Williams, of Greenville, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a Vow Renewal Ceremony at Greer City Event Center on April 20, 2019.

The couple were wed on April 22, 1969.

They are the parents of three children: Latondra Williams, of Greensboro, North Carolina; Tamatha Gaines, of Texas; and Lawrence R. Williams, of Simpsonville. They have eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Both retired, the couple are members of Maple Creek Baptist Church in Greer.

Mrs. Williams is the former Ruby M. Dodd, of Greer.
