Keri Liann Perry, of Elizabethton, Tennessee, and Columbus (Colby) Leo Howell, IV, of Greer, were married by the Rev. Todd Hallman, of First Baptist Church in Elizabethton, on October 25, 2014. The 5:30 p.m. ceremony held at The Charles in Johnson City, Tennessee, was followed by a buffet dinner reception, dancing and fellowship.
