A lone bid of $11.7 million was submitted for Greer’s upcoming downtown Streetscape project last Thursday.
The bidder, Sossamon Construction Company of Gaffney, has completed downtown projects for the cities of Spartanburg, Fountain Inn and Greenwood in recent years.
