Lyman project moves forward

Lyman will relocate the old library off Spartanburg Road to create access from the amphitheater to a proposed playground, council decided Monday night.

Lyman Town Council unanimously approved a revised timeline for the project and allocated $20,000 from the Hospitality Fund to relocate the library onto a permanent foundation.
