Local lawmakers addressed key issues on the agenda for this year’s legislative session at the Greer Chamber’s Public Policy Breakfast last Friday.

One area of concern involved the South Carolina Inclusionary Zoning Act, which could mandate certain housing developers to provide affordable options or pay a fee.
