Taylors pedestrian struck, killed

A Taylors man was struck and killed while walking alongside Locust Hill Road in Greer at around 7:15 a.m. Saturday morning.
The man was identified as 61-year-old John William Cowan, according to information from the Greenville County Coroner’s office.
