More growth is coming to the Duncan area, as the Duncan Planning Commission approved first and second readings last week for the zoning of property on Greer Hwy. 101.
The property is 72 acres and was approved for the zoning of GBD General Business District and GID General Industrial District.

The Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon cutting at Home Helpers, located at 322 Memorial Drive, Greer, on July 27 at 9 a.m.

In the summer of 2022, the Town of Lyman purchased three parcels of land at the Lyman Mill site, 14 Pacific St. in Lyman. A parking lot parcel was purchased in 2011.
The town purchased the four mill property parcels for a total of $651,832.53.

Heart of Worship in Greer is hosting their “Arise from the Ashes My Daughter” Women’s Conference 2023, on July 27 and 28, at 7 p.m., as well as the 29th at 1 p.m.
Many anointed speakers and singers will be in each service.
