Agnes C. Beeks

Agnes Crowe Beeks, 98, died September 15, 2016 at Oakleaf Village.

A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Chandler Crowe, she was a retired employee of JP Stevens Company, and delivered Meals on Wheels. Mrs. Beeks was a member of Victor United Methodist Church and served the church faithfully. She also served on the local, district, and state levels of The United Methodist Women.

Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Winni and Dr. Michael Guffee, Sr., of Greer; one son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Lucy Beeks of Greenville; two grandchildren, Ashley Guffee Howard (Chris) and Michael Guffee, Jr., (Colleen) and four great-grandchildren, Lexi Howard, Stone Howard, Carlyn Guffee and Lauren Guffee.

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, September 23 at Hillcrest Memory Gardens conducted by Dr. Michael Guffee, Sr.

Visitation will be held after the service at the gravesite.
