Since Freedom Fellowship was founded in March of 2005, the congregation has been meeting at Greer High School every Sunday.
But at the start of 2016, Freedom Fellowship finally settled into what used to be The Vine church at 4373 Wade Hampton Blvd. in Taylors.

new pastor
St. John’s Baptist Church has called Dr. Charles F. Collins as pastor.
Dr. Collins was a Southern Baptist Missionary in Suriname for 12 years before becoming a Business Administrator for the International Mission Board.

Maple Creek MBC offers Bible course
Maple Creek Missionary Baptist Church’s School of Christian Leadership and Development is offering a Biblical studies course on Christian stewardship Wednesday and Thursday, Jan. 13-14, from 6-9 p.m.
The course will also take place on Saturday, Jan. 16 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Four local churches spent an entire day praying together during a 24-hour prayer vigil this past weekend at Lee Road Baptist Church.
While Lee Road has done this sort of prayer time before, this was the first time members of the congregation included other churches.
