Despite taking some early punches, undefeated TL Hanna outlasted Byrnes to claim the Class AAAAA Upper State Championship last Friday in Anderson, 57-28.
The Rebels came out swinging, as sophomore Nana Burris took the opening kickoff back for a touchdown to claim a 6-0 lead.
