The Eastside girls basketball team proved its toughness last week, edging the Lady Jackets during a 53-51 overtime thriller in Greer.
Greer had a chance to win late in the extra period, but Eastside freshman Emily Brown rebounded a missed free throw and scored on the other end to give her team the go-ahead bucket as time expired.
