Soccer association requests ‘Silent September’

At youth soccer games in South Carolina this September, you might be surprised by the lack of noise coming from the sideline.
That quietness will largely be attributed to the South Carolina Youth Soccer Association’s (SCYSA) new guidelines to attempt to cut down on heckling of players and referees during games.
