Greenville Symphony Orchestra will present Lollipops: “The Ant and The Grasshopper” on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Hendricks Library in Simpsonville and 11:30 a.m. at Hughes Main Library in Greenville.

It’s really a shame that David Bowie made his best music during his “Ziggy Stardust” phase in the early ‘70s. It’s a shame because the beauty and genius of his songs were overshadowed by his bizarre stage persona – an androgynous alien with died red hair wearing a unitard.
‘Diverse Expressions’ exhibit begins
