DAR recognizes Constitution Week

Greer City Council recognized Constitution Week with the reading of a proclamation during last Tuesday’s regular meeting.
Kathy Girouard, the new regent of the local Joyce Scott Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR), received the proclamation from Mayor Pro Tem Jay Arrowood.
