Kist, Gin House plan concerns area residents

A development of up to 67 single family detached homes and 158 town home units is coming to 42.89 acres at Kist Road and Gin House Road.
Area residents voiced concerns at Monday night’s public hearing, yet initial approvals have been given by both the Planning Commission that night and Greer City Council at last Tuesday’s meeting.
